On the french linux dedicated news site <a href="http://linuxfr.org">linuxfr</a>,(...) <a href="http://fermigier.com/fermigier/">St(...)éphane Fermigier</a> claims <a href="http://linuxfr.org/2002/02/20/7201,0,-1,0,1.php3">a(...) collusion has been discovered between the European Commission and the bsa</a>, as a directive wich is to be voted today by the european commission was in fact writen by Francisco Mingorance (franciscom@bsa.org), "director of public policy" of the <a href="http://www.bsa.org/europe/policy/">BSA.</a><br>(...)
This claim can be found on the <a href="http://petition.eurolinux.org/pr/fr/pr17.html?LANG=en">euro(...) site</a>, which is fighting the acceptance of software patents in Europe. Apparently, they extracted the author's name from the <a href="http://petition.eurolinux.org/pr/proposal.doc">.doc</a&g(...) file.<br>
... another virus author trapped by microsoft embedded personnal infos ? ;p
