Your router has two IP addresses. The one that starts with either 10 or 192 is the internal address while the other number is the external address. You need to know this external address - note it.
Open Direct Connect 2.0. Go to the 'Connection' section of the preferences and click advanced. For the download and upload ports enter some large number greater than 10000, and less than 30000. For the 'Internet IP' enter your routers external IP address.
Now note your machines IP address. It should start with 192 or 10. In your routers configuration screen, find the section where you 'map ports'. On Linksys routers this would be the 'Forwarding' section.
Set up a port mapping over TCP to the IP address of your computer and specify the port you chose as the 'Download Port' in Direct Connect.
Set up a port mapping over UDP to the IP address of your computer and specify the port you chose as the 'Search Port' in Direct Connect.
If it ever stops working in the future, this is most likely due to DHCP. DHCP causes IP number to change. You may have to go through the steps again and correct the IP numbers.

Donc forwarder le bon port tct et le bon port udp sur ton routeur vers ta machine et lancer le client en lui spécifiant ces ports.
