From your valuable insight and broad overview of the whole linux kernel what should be the (let say) 5 items which have to be addressed by the upcoming kernel releases (apart from hardware support which obviously can't be addressed by the solely kernel team) ?
Any nice and fancy feature you would like to see being implemented (or you would like to tackle if you had more time) ?
