    Hi and many thanks for all you've done for the Linux Kernel !

    Some security websites, namely http://secunia.com/product/763/ or http://secunia.com/product/2719/ publish unpatched publicly known security issues affecting the stable kernels. And there are many.
    Though there is no highly critical remote hole right now, can we improve the way the security fixes are made ? For example should we name a security maintener that would handle all the security advisories and bugfixes for stable kernels ?
