Si c'est bien TurboHercules qui attaque IBM, et si IBM n'a absolument rien dit concernant un ou plusieurs quelconques brevets, pourquoi TurboHercules demande à IBM une liste de brevets enfreints?

Je vais te poser une autre question: Pourquoi SCO a lance son attaque contre Linux et ne s'est pas arrete meme le nez dans le truc qui sent pas bon? Probablement parceque cela arrangeait certaines personnes.
