C'est un film tout à fait charmant, un conte avec bouton d'or. Ce qu'il faut savoir c'est que le héros, le type qui vient à l'aide de la blondasse, s'est mithridatisé. Le petit, le maychant, fait tout un raisonnement grotesque pour trouver le gobelet empoisonné sans même penser un seul instant que les deux le sont.
