MS-OOXML est si peu couvert par OSP que les brevets MS-OOXML sont aussi disponibles sous d'autres conditions que OSP.
Eh oui vu que tu peux utiliser ces brevets pour autre chose qu'implementer OOXML, mais ca ne t'a visiblement jamais traverse l'esprit vu que ton seul objectif et de te convaincre qu'OOXML c'est Mal(TM).

OSP ne couvert que ce qui est requis par la norme. Et comme MS-OOXML n'exige pratiquement rien...
