Même si ce n'est pas toujours vrai, beaucoup de drivers binaires pour Windows XP (voir Win2000) fonctionne toujours sous Vista. Signe qu'il est possible d'avoir une certaine pereinité dans le temps, même entre 2 versions majeures d'un OS.
C'est vrai, de nombreux drivers fonctionnent, c'est bien le cas. Mais quand ça déconne les utilisateurs vont gravement se faire foutre. Va dire ça aux utilisateurs de nforce3 qui est loin d'être vieux.

Windows reports this as Code 43 Error. In PCI-compatible mode, all hardware acceleration is switched off, negatively affecting the performance of the display adapter.
