I've installed Inkscape on OS X 10.4.x, but when I run it nothing happens. The interface doesn't appear.
-> Under OS X 10.4.x, even on very fast machines, Inkscape can take a long time to start the very first time it is run. We have heard it taking as long as five minutes for the interface to first appear. We believe this is due to an automatic prebinding step being done by OS X. Just wait longer! Inkscape will start without delay every subsequent time.
