Have they been patching Windows servers?
Seeing as most decent patches that fix security require a reboot, and although it's pretty good, it still needs reboots from time to time to fix out little quirks, and most quirks never happen twice.

Ca c'est faux, Windows Server 2003 requiert rarement des reboots pour des patchs maintenant, il aurait presque tendance a faire mieux que Linux d'ailleurs, sur WS03 tu peux souvent patcher le kernel(selon le contenu du patch) sans avoir a redemarrer ton kernel, idem pour a peu pres tous les autres composants aussi.
