Skype (tablet) linux ne permet pas d' "héberger" une conférence (trois ou plus) mais de s'y joindre.
Donc dans un monde peuplé exclusivement de GNU/Linux, une conf via Skype n'est pas possible en l'état. Après si un windowsien s'en mele, il suffit qu'il héberge la conférence.
sinon, petite question en passant qu'est ce qui t'a fait penser à ce logiciel? on en parle pas souvent pourtant (normal c'est un freeware non-libre:
(b) You are allowed to redistribute the Software, under the conditions that you (i) do not modify the Software; (ii) do not remove any proprietary notices from the Software; (iii) notify Skype in writing via email to distribution@skype.net of your intentions to promote or distribute the Skype software; (iv) clearly indicate that the Software originates from Skype
