Apres petite recherche sur google, vu sur un forum:

    >> Any idea how to recover my mbr? Running a DOS shell from XP doesn't recognise fdisk /mbr command. Same when booting from a DOS floppy, fdisk command unknown

If you can get to a MS-Windows XP DOS shell then you would have little to gain from the full (XP) install/rescue disks (AFAIK). Try using 'fixmbr' (you may want to lookup the syntax on it), I believe this replaces 'fdisk /mbr' in newer versions of MS-Windows.

    Et juste après:

To recover in Win XP you need your XP disc. Start up from the disc. Go into the Recovery using the admin password. Once you have chosen your XP version (C:\windows usually) type FIXMBR and confirm. Type EXIT to leave Recovery and reboot ...

Use the Mandrake CD as mentioned above to get to your Mandrake 9.1 version to fix lilo.
