Babylon qui a une version linux : babytrans (http://fjolliton.free.fr/babytrans/(...)) (qui apparement n'a pas évoluée depuis longtemps (2002 !) mais qui fonctionne bien quand même.

Dans un domaine légerement différent (conjugaisons) il y a verbiste (http://www3.sympatico.ca/sarrazip/dev/verbiste.html(...)) qui marche très bien aussi.
