par defaut sous la mandrake c'est wnn qui est dispo en rpm, mais c'est la meme chose...
Y a juste les racourci qui ne sont pas intuitif (genre ctrl+maj+4 pour sortir de kinput)

A noter aussi http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/luit/(...) qui te permet de changer d'encodage dans un ternimal (oui kinput ne supporte pas l'unicode...)
