The OpenOffice.org XML format, therefore appears to comply with the defined conditions of an open solution. It also covers all major types of office documents: presentations (NOTE : CE N'EST PAS LE CAS DU FORMAT DE MICROSOFT), word processing
documents, and spreadsheets.
Autant le veux bien croire qu'au moment où a été rédigé ce libre blanc l'auteur n'avait pas l'info, mais la "note" ajoutée est totalement fausse : dans le format Office Open XML y'a ce qui correspond dans la suite MS Office à Word, Excel et PowerPoint.

Finalement y'a encore une partie des arguments qui est vrai (multi-plateforme, implémentation concrête existente), mais une autre partie tombe à l'eau.
Voilà, autant tenir son argumentation à jour, on est toujours plus crédible :)
