Du coup, j'ai jeté un coup d'oeil à son papier (http://www.law.duke.edu/journals/dltr/articles/2005dltr0012.(...) ) mais je ne vois pas ce qu'il y a de « particulièrement inquiétant » dans sa prose. Tu peux préciser ?
