Non, ce n'est pas possible. Si le code est public, tu ne peux pas deposer de brevet dessus. Les brevets se deposent sur des secrets. Dans le cas d'un logiciel libre, on pourrait prouver une anteriorite, donc ton brevet ne serait pas valide.
