« Verbatim copying and distribution of this entire article is permitted in any medium without royalty provided this notice is preserved. »
Ce n'est pas une licence libre, juste une autorisation de reproduction à l'identique sans compensation financière. Ne pas confondre "free as in free speech" et "free as in free beer"...
