Il me parait donc très compréhensible qu'il est à l'ordre du jour de faire passer les brevets logiciels!!! ...et pas seulement de voter leur mise a l'ordre du jour pour une session ultérieure. Donc, pas bon! :o/
Mouais, je ne suis pas du tout convaincu. Une "position commune du conseil", ça me semble différent d'une '"adoption de la directive". Les mêmes termes sont utilisés qu'au mois de mai. Ca voudrait donc dire qu'on est dans la même situation :
