Il semblerait que ce soit la première fois dans le monde qu'un tribunal ait eu à se prononcer. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut confirmer ?

Je crois que oui. Il y a bien eu Mysql vs NuSphere (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2002/02/27/gpl_enforcement_goes_to_cou(...)), mais ils se sont arrangés à l'amiable (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2002/11/21/mysql_nusphere_settle_gpl_c(...)).
