Ca veut dire que les gens n'on pas le droit de se donner les spécifications entre eux, ils doivent obligatoirement le télécharger chez macromedia.
Si Macromedia décide du jour au lendemain de ne plus le mettre en téléchargement, le format flash devient soudain fermé et non documenté.
Ca veut dire aussi qu'on prend des risques à l'implémenter : il faut que TOUS le fichiers produits pas le logiciel d'export passent sans erreur dans le lecteur de Macromedia....dont on n'a pas les sources !!!
Et pour couronner le tout, il faut INDEMNISER macromedia si jamais ils subissent des dommages dus à VOTRE utilisation des spécifications. (par exemple si vous créez un éditeur flash qui concurrence trop flashMX). Et vous devrez aussi payer les frais d'avocat (attorney's fee)...
Pour résumer, le flash, je dis simplement NON !!!!!
