Garuda m'a fait un clin d'œil il y a peu et m'a séduit, du moins sur le papier. Contrairement à Manjaro elle n'a qu'un seul dépôt externe à ceux d'Arch, qui propose les outils propres à cette distro.
Pourquoi j'en parle ici ? Parce qu'elle inclue les snapshots btrfs + Timeshift à l'installation. Il n'y a pas de /boot comme tu le fais dans ce journal, mais juste une partition btrfs avec deux sous-volumes / et /home. Un instantané est pris automatiquement avant chaque mise à jour, et on peu aussi en programmer régulièrement avec Timeshift chaque heure, jour, mois ...
Elle a aussi d'autres atouts qui la démarque de la concurrence, je cite Distrowatch :
