Most of the claims have no hard evidence or proof yet, other than what NDB has reported. Sans compter que la modération au graphite c'est dans les réacteurs "à la chernobyl". Les réacteurs occidentaux utilisent de l'eau comme modérateur, donc c'est pas avec ça qu'on va recycler nos centrales...
