Si on considère que le soft lit les données d'une requete HTTP envoyées par Apache il tombe dans la catégorie "modified program normally reads commands interactively when run". Du coup tu dois si tu le modifies afficher cette meme annonce qui marque le copyright, l'absence de garantie et le fait qu'il est redistribuable sous GPL (you must cause it [...] to print or display an announcement including ... ) La ligne en cause dans ton mail c'est exactement ca. C'est une interprétation contestable de la licence, mais de là à dire qu'il n'a pas compris la GPL ...
