    "Il est interdit d'utiliser une licence de développeur pour faire autre chose que développer." Foutaise. Apple n'interdit pas ça, et tes bouts de eula plus bas ne me contredisent pas.

    Ah oui, j'avais oublié. Allons voir la licence de développeur iOS, voulez-vous?

    3.2 (g) Applications developed using the Apple Software may only be distributed if selected by Apple (in its sole discretion) for distribution via the App Store or VPP/B2B Program Site;
    All Applications must be signed with an Apple-issued certificate in order to be installed on Registered Devices. [...] You may obtain development-related digital certificates from Apple, subject to a maximum number as reasonably determined by Apple, that will allow Your Application and Your Pass to be installed and tested on Authorized Test Devices. You may also obtain, during the Term, one or more production digital certificates from Apple, subject to a maximum number as reasonably determined by Apple, to be used for the sole purpose of signing Your Application(s) prior to submission of Your Application to Apple or limited distribution of Your Application for use on Registered Devices.
    In relation to this, You represent and warrant to Apple that: (a) You will not take any action to interfere with the normal operation of any Apple-issued digital certificates or Provisioning Profiles; ... You will not provide or transfer Apple-issued digital certificates provided under this Program to any third party, nor use Your digital certificate to sign any third party's application, pass or site [...] and (e) You will use Apple-issued certificates provided under this Program exclusively for the purpose of signing Your Passes, signing Your Site’s registration bundle, accessing the APN service, and/or signing Your Applications for testing, submission to Apple and/or for limited distribution for use on Registered Devices as contemplated under this Program, and only in accordance with this Agreement.

    no distribution of programs or applications developed using the Apple Software is authorized or permitted hereunder. In the absence of a separate agreement with Apple, You agree not to distribute Your Application to third parties via other distribution methods or to enable or permit others to do so.

    À un moment donné, il faut arrêter de jouer avec les mots. C'est interdit, point barre. Est-ce que le SWAT va débarquer chez toi à la seconde où tu pushes une application third party sur ton téléphone en utilisant ton compte développeur? Non, évidemment. Mais ça n'empêche pas que ce soit formellement interdit.
