Je n'ai pas testé, mais le TLD .ovh est à 0,99€ HT/an (jusqu'à ce qu'il passe à 2,99€ HT/an).
A priori, c'est un vrai nom de domaine, avec l'interface non destinée aux ingénieurs informaticiens qui va bien...
