[Logic] DX-Telnet Spot Not Being Sent

I am using DX-Telnet to monitor spots. The spots show up just fine in
Logic. The trouble I am having is sending a spot. When I bring up the
"Broadcast DX Spot" from the log menu I get the pop up window with the
call and frequency but when I click on OK the spot is never sent. For
some reason the information is not transferred to DX-telnet. If I use
the built-in telnet then everything works fine.
