[Logic] DX-Telnet Spot Not Being Sent

I had this too and the problem is that there is no communication from Logic
to DXTELNET. Logic does not act as a server, only a client. To send spot you
will have to open the Web Cluster form in Logic. TI will work then. They
both work together.
