[Dx-qsl] Envelopes

This brings up an interesting point. Has anyone received a QSL card 
that was too big for Bill Plum's 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" (115 mm x 160 
mm)European return envelopes? If so, would they have fit in JAM's 
3-3/4" x 8-1/4" (95 mm x 220 mm) Monarch envelopes?
