[Dx-qsl] Envelopes

I just did my own unofficial comparison. I have numerous European QSL
cards that are 105 mm x 150 mm in size (roughly 4-1/4" x 5-7/8"). They
are too big for a #6 envelope, too big for a Monarch and even a tad too
big for a #10, but they fit comfortably in Plum's European return envelope.
While I have received some oversized cards from Asia, they were also
delivered in their own matching oversized envelopes. For my money,
Plum's nested European envelopes are perfect for what they are designed for.
