[Dx-qsl] Received today

Why punish the other guy for what the manager MAY be
doing then? That card is just as important to him as
the one YOU received. Print up a simple note to
include with the forwarded card explaining what
happened and how to correct the problem...could be a
new ham that really does not know proper dx qsl'ing
proceedure. All of us have been there. Besides in this
day of "screw first ask questions later" why not jump
ship and do your brother a favore...its painless in
the long run.
