Our mission

The Centre’s objective is to build and strengthen the capacity of members and associate members of ESCAP to leverage Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for the purpose of socio-economic development APCICT’s work is focused on training, knowledge sharing , and multi-stakeholder dialogue and partnership. As one of ESCAP’s five regional institutes, APCICT developed several flagship programmes under which it promotes ICT for development in the Asia-Pacific region. Nonetheless, the impact of our work can be felt globally as our e-learning and event programmes reach participants from all over the world.
