Downloading the diskimage for TeXmacs

• Download TeXmacs-2.1.4.dmg for MacOS 10.10 and later.

• Download TeXmacs-2.1.4-arm.dmg for ARM-based (M1) Apple computers.

• Download TeXmacs-2.1.4-os10.6.dmg for MacOS versions 10.6 until 10.9.

Installing and running TeXmacs

• Open the diskimage and drag the TeXmacs icon to your applications folder.

• Launch TeXmacs from your applications folder.

• When opening TeXmacs for the first time, you may need to go to “Security & Privacy” in the system preferences and allow the program to be executed.
