Shareholders receiving end-of-period dividends are finalized on March 31 of each year, and recipients of interim dividends are finalized on September 30 of each year.

Q.How can I exercise voting rights at a general meeting of shareholders?
We send both a convocation notice of the general meeting and a voting rights exercise form to each shareholder listed in our shareholder register as of the end of the record date (March 31 of each year).
Voting rights may be exercised by either of the following means.
- Attending the general meeting of shareholders in person. Please be sure to bring your voting rights exercise form with you.
- Indicating your votes for or against the proposals on your voting rights exercise form and returning it to the company by post.
- Accessing the website for exercising voting rights as indicated in your voting rights exercise form and exercising your voting rights via the internet.
