For owners of dogs and cats who would like to have export inspection at Haneda Airport NEWアイコン
Now, booking of dogs and cats' export inspection is tight at Haneda Airport.
It is recommended to apply for export inspection and make a reservation two weeks ahead of the desired date; and if it is fully booked, please check availability of other animal quarantine office.

For Narita/Haneda/Kansai airport users who import/export their dogs and cats (Delaying response to inquiries) NEWアイコン
Now, Narita branch, Haneda airport branch and Kansai airport branch have been receiving a lot of inquiries from passengers who import/export their dogs and cats. Therefore, It takes 7-10days to reply.
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we ask these passengers to check our official website in advance regarding the general requirements, procedures, documents and so on.
