Termination of the Measures against Fraud

JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.

Lequio Power Co.,Ltd (Japan)

Period: From June 22, 2022 to September 21, 2022 (3 months)

The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that are stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures to Suspend Eligibility for Participation in Tenders for Contracts" (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008).
