State Declarations Portal (SDP)

The State Declarations Portal (SDP) is a web-based system that supports secure bi-directional information exchange between States or Regional Authorities and the IAEA.

The State Declarations Portal was launched in 2017 in line with the IAEA's mandate "to foster the exchange of scientific and technical information on peaceful uses of atomic energy". It is operated by the IAEA in collaboration with over 90 Member States and international organizations.

Registration and access to the State Declarations Portal are available to:

  • individuals at Permanent Missions accredited to the IAEA.
  • individuals responsible for safeguards information within their respective country.

To register and obtain access to the State Declarations Portal, new users should ensure they have a Nucleus account and then send an email to the SDP contact point for registration.
