Slovenian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Tone Kajzer chose Berlin for his first bilateral visit abroad, where he met with his German counterpart, Federal Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul. At the Munich Security Conference, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Tanja Fajon said that contemporary security challenges cannot be effectively addressed without inclusive leadership and the equitable management of natural resources. "Gender equality and access to water are key factors for stability, conflict prevention and the strengthening of international peace and collective security."

Minister Fajon in Munich on dialogue, international law and shared responsibility for peace
Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Tanja Fajon is participating in the 62nd Munich Security Conference, which has brought together more than 60 heads of state and government, 100 foreign and defence ministers and numerous experts and representatives of civil society. The conference remains one of the most important global forums for discussing current foreign policy issues and common security challenges.

Minister Fajon meets new German Federal Foreign Minister in Berlin
Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Tanja Fajon paid a working visit to Berlin today, where she was hosted by German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Johann Wadephul. The visit was aimed at further strengthening political and economic cooperation between the two countries and exchanging views on topical European and foreign policy issues.
