Guided Awareness, also called Yoga Nidra, is a relaxing meditation practice that has beneficial effects for your mind and body.
It supports deeper nighttime sleep, helps manage the physical and mental effects of too much stress, and offers an overall sense of calmness and well-being. All you need to do is listen. Robin will guide you through a 20-25-minute practice of observing your body, mind, and breathing. You can receive this practice lying down, or sitting in a supportive, comfortable chair. 2 LBS chicken thighs, skin on and boneless, 4 TBSP neutral oil, divided., 1 large vidalia onion, chopped, 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped or one 16 ounce bag baby carrots, whole.
2 large yellow Fingerling or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed, 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock, plus more if needed. Half a box curry roux blocks, chopped. House Vermont brand used in this recipe. S&B brand also a good option, 2 TBSP cornstarch and cold water.
