Recovery and Reconstruction Office

International Coastal Research Center (ICRC), located in the town of Otsuchi, Iwate Prefecture was seriously damaged due to the strong earthquake and associated tsunami on March 11, 2011. Fortunately, all of the research staff, fellows, and students were safe.
