Annual mean temperature is an index to describe the right land
for various crops and the distribution of plants. Under the
climatic warming, the distribution is expected to shift to the
north by 200-300 km. This means that the current temperature in
Kyushu (south-western Japan) will appear in Kanto (central
Japan), and the temperature in Kanto will appear in Tohoku
(northern Japan).
