Major changes are underway in Myanmar, which is geopolitically a place of importance. Until now, due to economic sanctions imposed by the West and chaos both at home and abroad, Myanmar has been left behind by its neighbors in terms of economic development. But "big players" (USA, Western countries, Japan, etc.) which had restricted access to Myanmar began to move with a view to constructing a "new order." Moreover, in Myanmar, the "people's fence" (confrontation between the government and ethnic minorities) collapsed gradually through the process of reconciliation.
