Surgery is used to corrected in-turned eyelashes resulting from chronic chlamydia trachomatous infection. However, sometimes part or all of the eyelid turns in again following surgery. This eyelid has focal post-operative trichiasis affecting a small portion of the eyelid but still capable of causing paint and corneal damage. Gower et al. (2019)
