Problem
The language R uses dollar signs and IRkernel offers extremely useful completions that involve $. Unfortunately, dollar signs have special meanings when used in Sublime Text completions (as placeholders). That causes a bug when using IRkernel: when a dollar sign completion is selected, everything after and including $ in the completion is not added to text.
