[edit ]The first paragraph is partly wrong. Time-delay locks do not have to be electronic. There were, for many decades, mechanical timers attached to the backs of mechanical combination locks that performed the time-delay action.Banjodog (talk) 04:40, 24 May 2016 (UTC) [reply ]
