what do you reckon by 'cleanup'?

General comment

[edit ]

I found much of this article inaccessible even though I'm a graduate student with some background in crystallography. It might be a worthwhile project to write articles on some of the red links. Crystal whacker (talk) 22:59, 5 October 2008 (UTC) [reply ]

Similar background, similar reaction. Someone should label the article with a big tag as too technical (or just too brief). I don't know how. 178.38.132.48 (talk) 08:25, 24 May 2017 (UTC) [reply ]

Needs some work

[edit ]

I agree with others. It is both too technical, and not deep enough. In addition, it is solely X-ray based.

It needs to be split into X-ray, Electron and maybe other (light?) with a simpler introduction before going deep. Ldm1954 (talk) 18:08, 19 February 2023 (UTC) [reply ]

It's just advanced diffraction theory

[edit ]

This whole article seems like it should be a section at the bottom of the article on Diffraction, since it's just describing a more advanced treatment of the same phenomenon. 162.246.139.210 (talk) 16:26, 25 June 2025 (UTC) [reply ]

Not really. There is masses about dynamical diffraction that should be in here and are not. Ldm1954 (talk) 17:40, 25 June 2025 (UTC) [reply ]
