SYNOPSIS
gcloud publicca GROUP [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG …]
DESCRIPTION
Publicca command group lets you create an external account key used for binding to an Automatic Certificate Management Environment (ACME) account.

Run $ gcloud help for details.

Create ACME external account binding keys.
