Hotel reservation closes on March 15, 2013. After this date, it will be difficult to secure rooms due to the limited availability of room vacancies.


Foreign Participants

• Organizing committee provides hotel accommodation to foreign participants. Please refer to the following guidelines.
• Invited speakers: please send the reservation form to the conference secretariat either e-mail (office@ksmrm.org) or fax (+82 2 2269 4380).
• Foreigner participants (overseas): 2 nights (Deluxe Room – Double Occupancy)
• Foreign participants (residence in Korea, outside Seoul and Gyeonggi province): 1 night (Deluxe Room – Double Occupancy)
  ※(注記) If you wish a single occupancy room, you are to pay for 100ドル as an additional charge.
  ※(注記) Please write the name of the person who you share the room with.
  ※(注記) You are required to send the reservation form to the secretariat by email at office@ksmrm.org.

• 지방거주자에 숙박 1박 제공 (단, 발표자와 일반참가자에게는 2인 1실이 제공되므로, 함께 투숙하시는 분의 성함을 숙박신청서에 기재해주시기 바랍니다)
