Welcome to the EBM Promotion website!
As a Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City)-Japan (Fukushima Prefecture) partnership project, we bring together physician-researchers from
these two countries, and beyond, in order to promote evidence-based medical (EBM) practices. Our main activities are to teach
epidemiological research methodology to Vietnamese practicing physicians, and further, to establish such a training scheme.
From 2004 to 2013, we have trained over 250 physicians in total. We upload most our training course materials, so not only
participants, but also those from around the world, who are interested in learning basic epidemiology and biostatistics, can learn
and teach using our materials.
This project is supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency Partnership Program.
