- 读者购书请求功能增强:例如,在读者详情页面增加了一个新的多选字段,PRIMO中的购书请求表单中增加了购书请求分馆的字段。
Patron Purchase Request Enhancements – A number of new features have been added to Patron Purchase Requests – for example, a new multi-selection field, Purchase Request Library.
二、资源管理
- 规范控制任务列表:列表中增加了分面,可以进行过滤。
Authority Control Task List – Facets were added to the Authority Control Task List allowing you to more easily manage and filter the lists on the Review and All tabs. Additional facets/filters will be implemented in coming releases.
- 元数据编辑器中多个字段同时删除:在元数据编辑器中,通过按住"ctrl"键可同时选择多个字段进行删除。
Deleting Multiple Fields in the MD Editor – In the MD Editor, multiple fields can now be deleted by selecting them with Ctrl+click and then selecting the Remove Field option.
三、数字资源管理
- 对全文文本的支持:系统支持纯文本或ALTO全文文件上传,并可通过新版的内嵌阅读器进行全文文本检索。此外,目前也可以通过高级检索对全文进行检索。
Full Text Support for Digital Inventory – You can upload a plain or ALTO fulltext file to accompany a digital file and search for the text in the file using the newly embedded Internet Archive Book Reader. In addition, you can now search for fulltext format using the Advanced Repository Search.
- 可创建DC记录的规范化规则:在元数据编辑器中,可以对DC记录创建规范化规则。
Normalization Rules Creation for DC Records – You can now create normalization rules in the MD Editor for DC records.
- 在元数据编辑器中新增了DC记录的馆藏信息相关操作:在元数据编辑器中,增加了DC记录的馆藏信息查看和增加数字化表现的按钮及菜单项。此外,还在菜单中增加了XML文件查看的按钮,用于查看XML格式的DC记录。
Inventory Actions Added to the MD Editor for Dublin Core Records – Inventory information is available for Dublin Core Records. To support this feature, the View Inventory and Add Representation actions were added as icons and menu items in the MD Editor. In addition, the XML View action was added as a menu item that allows you to view the DC record as an XML file.
四、读者服务
- PRIMO"获取"标签中读者单册请求的队列位置计算:在提交请求之前,读者可以查看他的单册请求在队列中的位置。
Calculate an Item’s Queue Place in Primo’s Get It Tab – On the Primo Get It tab, a patron may view his or her request’s place in the queue before submitting the request. A Calculate Queue button appears on the Hold Request and the Digitization Request forms on the Get It tab.
- 读者服务模块的借书列表新增"馆藏地"一栏:在读者服务模块中,读者借书列表新增了"馆藏地"一栏,该栏默认隐藏。
Location Column on Loans List in Patron Services – A location column was added to the Loans list in Patron Services. The column is hidden by default.
